Judex Praetor Volume 1 Issue 2 has been published
Judex Praetor Volume 1 Issue 2 has been published, we the management would like to thank all the authors who have trusted JUDEX Praetor to publish their scientific articles.
In general, every online journal has provisions in the periodic publication process, as is the case with JUDEX PRAETOR. The JUDEX PRAETOR publication process has the following conditions:
1. Registration
Users can register authors in advance through the OJS platform. There are several things that authors must do, namely preparation, which means preparing articles before submitting them to the journal. At this stage, there are several things that need to be considered.
First, articles submitted for publication in one journal are articles that are not currently being considered for publication in other journals. These articles may also not have been published in other publications.
Second, the article submitted must have at least certain components, namely an abstract, introduction, literature review, methodology, discussion, conclusion, and reference list.
The reference list must usually follow a specific reference style. Typically, journals also require that articles submitted have references to one or more articles that have been published in that journal. The above structure applies to articles in the form of research results. The structure of articles for other types of articles is usually not much different. The second step is to find a suitable scientific journal. The topic discussed in the target journal must match the topic of the article. A mismatch in topics will cause the journal to automatically reject the article. Then, study the article writing requirements.
Each journal has different article writing guidelines; each journal manager has the authority to set their own writing guidelines. In general, article writing requirements include things such as the language used, maximum number of pages, font type and size, abstract writing, how to write tables and figures, and writing a bibliography. Adjust the article writing format to the requirements of the intended journal. Non-compliance with the journal's writing format requirements may also result in the article being rejected.
2. Submission
This section is where authors prepare their manuscripts for publication. Authors can submit their manuscripts directly after logging into OJS. Authors can follow each step in the submission form. After submitting, authors can wait for a response from the manager to proceed to the next stage. Authors will receive a notification via their registered email address.
3. Sections
In this section, your submitted article will be immediately checked for format. If the format is correct, the article will proceed to the next stage for content review. If not, the manager will ask the author to revise the format in accordance with the journal's requirements. The format can be downloaded from the sidebar menu on OJS JUDEX PRAETOR. Authors can view this information in their accounts, which will contain comments and discussion columns.
4. Review
Next, if the format is acceptable, the manager will send the author's manuscript to two reviewers who have collaborated with JUDEX PRAETOR, both internal and external reviewers. Peer review is conducted by people who are competent in their fields. The results of this review will determine whether the article written by the author contains unique and novel elements, so that there is an opinion that has the opportunity for a sustainable theme in line with current trends. If the article is in accordance with the reviewer's recommendations, it will be included in the layout process. In addition, the author will receive a letter of acceptance (LOA) stating that the author's article has been accepted and will be published in the nearest volume. If it does not meet the recommendations, the author will receive a notification to revise the article, or the article may even be rejected.
5. Layout
Once the article has been accepted, the manager will send the author's article to be compiled into a format that will be packaged as an online publication in accordance with the JUDEX PRAETOR format. This layout will provide the DOI identity, publication description, page position, and license used by the author as a reference for official claims.
6. Production
Next, the manager will arrange for a selected group of articles to be published. At this stage, the author will be notified immediately by email that the article that has been submitted and is currently being processed will be published soon.
After going through the previous steps, authors can view published articles in the “Current” menu or on the Home page of the OJS JUDEX PRAETOR platform. Additionally, this journal requires time to be indexed in databases such as Scholar, Garuda, Copernicus, or other index providers.
Judex Praetor Volume 1 Issue 2 has been published, we the management would like to thank all the authors who have trusted JUDEX Praetor to publish their scientific articles.
We, the management of Judex Praetor, gratefully announce the premiere of Volume 1, Issue 1. We thank the authors for their trust in publishing in the journal.
