Authors retain the copyright of their work but grant the journal an exclusive license to publish, distribute, and make their work available online. Authors are free to reuse, share, and distribute their work for non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is given to the original publication in JUDEX Journal.

2. Resource Collecting

In line with our commitment to maintaining transparency and accountability, we collect the following types of data from authors, reviewers, and readers:

  • Submission Data: Manuscripts, supplemental files, and related materials submitted for publication consideration.

4. Author’s Warranties

By submitting an article to JUDEX, the author(s) warrant that:

  • The manuscript is their original work and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • The manuscript has not been published elsewhere and is not under review by another journal.
  • The manuscript complies with the ethical standards and guidelines set by the journal.
  • The work does not contain any defamatory, unlawful, or plagiarized content.

Authors must declare any conflicts of interest, and the journal reserves the right to withdraw or retract any article found to violate these warranties.

5. Co-Authorship

The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have contributed significantly to the manuscript and approve of the final version before submission. Co-authors are required to be informed of the submission process and provide their consent for publication. It is the responsibility of the corresponding author to confirm the authorship order and any acknowledgments before submitting the manuscript to JUDEX.

6. Termination

The editorial team reserves the right to terminate or reject a submission if any violation of the journal's policies or ethical guidelines is discovered. In cases of manuscript withdrawal or termination of publication, the authors will be notified promptly. If a manuscript is under review and the submission process is terminated by the author(s), all personal data related to that manuscript will be securely deleted.
