Guidelines for Funding Publishable Manuscripts

JUDEX Journal does not charge any publication fees for submission, review, or publication. Authors can submit their manuscripts and have them published without any cost. The journal is committed to ensuring open access to high-quality research and aims to promote the dissemination of knowledge without any financial barriers for authors.

Withdrawal of Manuscript

Authors who wish to withdraw their manuscript from the review or publication process should follow the procedures outlined below:

  1. Before Final Decision:Authors may request the withdrawal of their manuscript at any time before the final decision has been made. To do so, authors must submit a formal letter addressed to the editorial team, clearly explaining the reasons for withdrawal. Upon review of the request, the editorial team will proceed with the necessary steps to withdraw the manuscript.
  2. After Final Revision or After Acceptance:Withdrawal requests after the manuscript has undergone final revision or after acceptance will only be considered for compelling reasons. Such reasons may include, but are not limited to, the discovery of fatal errors in the manuscript, ethical issues, or unresolved disputes regarding authorship. In these cases, the editorial team will review the request thoroughly and make a final decision.
  3. Prohibition of Unethical Practices:Any withdrawal request made to submit the manuscript to another journal without proper notification and during the process of peer review may be regarded as a violation of publication ethics. Authors are expected to act ethically and transparently throughout the publication process, and withdrawal under such circumstances may result in sanctions or rejection of future submissions.
