Open Access Statement

This is an OPEN ACCESS journal which means all content is available for FREE at no cost to the user or institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of the article, or use it for other lawful purposes, of course, they must first ask permission from the publisher or author. This aligns with BOAI's definition of open access and DOAJ standards.

Journals that will be published require article processing fees or other author fees, at least to obtain service facilities such as grammar, layout, translation, and indexing. You can see it on the information page regarding article payments. It is published by the provisions of periodicals (does not provide publications other than those listed).
