Creative Commons public licenses provide a standard set of terms and conditions that creators and Similar Rights holders may use to distribute the original work and other copyrighted material and other Similar Rights specified in the public license below. The consideration section below is additional information only, is not binding, and does not form part of our license.

Considerations for licensors: 

Creative Commons public licenses are intended for use by anyone who has the right to grant users permission to use copyrighted material in ways that are limited by copyright and Similar Rights. Our license is irrevocable. The licensor must read and understand the terms and conditions of the chosen license before using it. Licensors are also required to have a license to use Similar Rights before using our license so that users can reuse this material as intended. The licensor is required to flag any material that does not use this license. This includes material under other Creative Commons licenses, or material used under copyright exclusions or restrictions.

Considerations for users:

By using one of our licenses, the licensor grants the user permission to use the licensed material under certain terms and conditions. If the licensor's permission is not required for some reason--for example, use under a copyright exclusion or restriction--then such use is not subject to the terms of this license. Our license grants only under the copyright and Similar Rights held by the licensor. Use of licensed material may be restricted by other conditions, such as in the case of other parties owning the copyright or Similar Rights in the material. Other Terms and Conditions.

1. Licensor shall not be bound under any additional terms or conditions or different terms or conditions that you suggest unless expressly agreed to do so.
2. Any rules, agreements or agreements related to the Licensed Material not contained herein apply separately and are independent of the terms and conditions under this Public License.
