Publishing Fees

Guidelines for Funding Publishable Manuscripts

Regarding funding for article publication, in regular publications, the editorial board generally prices each issue at USD $25.00. The article writer gets billed this fee, which consists of the following cost components:

1. Manuscript Translation and Editing Fees.
2. Plagiarism Check.
3. Publishing and using DOI.
4. Indexing.

A fee invoice will be provided after the manuscript is declared received and payment must be made no later than 7 days after receiving the invoice or 7 days before the manuscript is published. An invoice will be sent to the author's email 1 month before the manuscript is published. If the invoice has not been paid, the editor will give it a pending status that allows it to be published in the next volume, or it will be canceled or changed to rejected status.

This is the policy we can provide regarding financing for article publication. First of all, we would like to thank you for your cooperation.

Withdrawal of Manuscripts

The author is not allowed to withdraw submitted manuscripts, because the withdrawal is a waste of valuable resources that editors and referees spent a great deal of time processing submitted manuscripts, money, and works invested by the publisher.
If the author still requests withdrawal of his/her manuscript when the manuscript is still in the peer-reviewing process, the author will be punished with paying $50 per manuscript, as a withdrawal penalty to the publisher. However, it is unethical to withdraw a submitted manuscript from one journal if accepted by another journal. The withdrawal of the manuscript after the manuscript is accepted for publication, the author will be punished by paying US$100 per manuscript. Withdrawal of the manuscript is only allowed after the withdrawal penalty has been fully paid to the Publisher.

If the author doesn't agree to pay the penalty, the author and his/her affiliation will be blacklisted for publication in this journal. Even, his/her previously published articles will be removed from our online system.
